Matthew Rochte is an Executive Business Coach who is passionate about businesses being great and doing business consciously. He understands that capitalism and corporations are living entities and as such they must be engaged as the complex adaptive systems that they are. Our IQ & EQ can only take us so far. It is with the SQ (Spiritual Intelligence) that we harness the power of paradigm shift and innovation, ask the fundamental questions of why and integrate new perspectives that allow us to engage these systems that thrive on the edge of chaos. As an integrative thinker and seasoned coach Matthew works with senior executives and business owners to bring about sustainable and conscious business practices. He brings to the table 7 yrs of effective triple-bottom-line manufacturing practices, 20+ yrs of business ownership, and 17 yrs of executive leadership coaching. Matthew also works with seasoned coaches on going deeper with their work and studying the art of coaching and an integrated approach. Matthew served on the board and as president of Minnesota Coaches Association and continues to serve on the ICF’s Ethics & Standards Committee.
